After John Zorn’s The Stone in New York and Bimhuis in Amsterdam saxophone player Mars Williams (Psychedelic Furs, Boneshaker, Chicago Tentet … ) brings An Ayler Xmas: The Music of Albert Ayler and Songs of Xmas to the OORSTOF-series with an all star Belgian line-up. Jakob Warmenbol (drums), Elko Blijweert (el. guitar), Niels Van Heertum (euphonium, trumpet) and Simon Beeckaert (bass) confirmed earlier and the in Norway residing Belgian piano player Jonas Cambien will join them on keyboards.
