Under the Visitations banner Sound in Motion shows similarities, differences and cross-pollinations between local and international musicians during a short residency.

For the third Visitations edition of 2022 – in collaboration with De Studio – Dave Rempis (US, reeds), Michael Zerang (US, drums, percussion), Elisabeth Harnik (AT, piano), Els Vandeweyer (BE, vibraphone), Jonas Cambien (BE, piano, soprano sax, keyboards), Ikue Mori (US/JP, 4/11 only,  electronics), Peter Orins (FR, 4/11 only, drums, percussion), Christian Pruvost (FR, 4/11 only, trumpet), Natsuki Tamura (JP, 4/11 only, trumpet) accepted the challenge to immerse themselves in an adventurous musical residency at De Studio.

Dave Rempis, Michael Zerang, Elisabeth Harnik, Els Vandeweyer and Jonas Cambien will explore different unprecedented combinations.

VISITATIONS III – DAY 2 – 3/11/2022
Dave Rempis, Michael Zerang and Elisabeth Harnik will perform with their touring trio and will participate in different combinations initiated by Els Vandeweyer and Jonas Cambien.

VISITATIONS III – DAY 3 – 4/11/2022
On the last day of the third Visitations event Dave Rempis, Michael Zerang, Elisabeth Harnik, Els Vandeweyer and Jonas Cambien will perform as a quintet. Extra guest this day are Ikue Mori, Peter Orins, Christian Pruvost, Natsuki Tamura who will perform as a quartet. To finish Visitations III with a bang will Rempis, Zerang, Harnik, Vandeweyer, Cambien, Mori, Orins, Pruvost and Tamura will perform as a big band.
